But it’s good when you’ve learned it at some point and just wait until you realize it. So for me, pain is a kind of wake-up call that tells us: Look after yourself. Take care of your body, your mind, your soul.
So my pain was my greatest teacher in gentleness and mindfulness. Today I can proudly look back and say that he led me into love, joy and strength.
